Testing 65 years and older - CDR Health Tallahassee Clinic

Florida is committed to ensuring that accessible and convenient COVID-19 testing is available for high-risk individuals, such as those currently 65 years of age or older.

To accomplish this goal, the State of Florida, in partnership with CDR Health, has launched a statewide initiative to provide at-home COVID-19 tests to individuals 65 years of age or older.

If so, please follow these steps:

STEP 1

Visit the CDR Health patient portal at PatientPortalFL.com

STEP 2

Select “Create An Account” in the top right hand corner of the page and create a unique CDR Patient Portal account.

STEP 3

Once you have successfully logged in, select “Learn More” in the red bar at the top of the screen just under the toolbar.
